應(yīng)聘條件與待遇
1. 博后年薪不少于34萬(wàn)元(含省市財(cái)政給予的生活補(bǔ)助21萬(wàn)元/年),入選校長(zhǎng)卓越博士后年薪50萬(wàn),入選廣東省海外博士后人才支持項(xiàng)目,綜合年薪不低于60萬(wàn)元。其它待遇參考正式教職工執(zhí)行。
2. 按照規(guī)定享受廣東省的博士后各種補(bǔ)貼和政策。博士后出站留深可獲36萬(wàn)留深個(gè)人生活補(bǔ)貼,廣東省海外博士后出站可額外獲得40萬(wàn)留粵個(gè)人生活補(bǔ)貼。
3. 根據(jù)國(guó)家、省、市人才計(jì)劃相關(guān)政策,我校及本團(tuán)隊(duì)將協(xié)助申請(qǐng)相應(yīng)科研及人才項(xiàng)目,出站優(yōu)秀留組做研究員的可以申請(qǐng)深圳市人才補(bǔ)貼(詳情面談)。
4. 提供優(yōu)良的工作環(huán)境、餐補(bǔ),統(tǒng)一購(gòu)買(mǎi)五險(xiǎn)與過(guò)節(jié)禮品。

劉心元/顧強(qiáng)帥研究團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展金屬催化自由基不對(duì)稱(chēng)化學(xué),特別是近期在不同類(lèi)型高活性自由基物種的立體選擇性控制方面取得了很多突破性進(jìn)展。劉心元近年來(lái)以通訊作者身份在Science(1)、Nature(1)、Nat. Chem. (4)、Nat. Catal. (2)、Nat. Synth. (2)、Nat. Commun. (6)、Chem (2)、JACS (13)、Angew. Chem. (21)、Acc. Chem. Res. (1)、Chem. Soc. Rev. (1)、CCS Chem. (2)雜志上發(fā)表110多篇高水平研究論文。劉心元講席教授曾獲得新基石科學(xué)基金會(huì)科學(xué)探索獎(jiǎng)、杰出青年基金、優(yōu)秀青年基金、教育部青年長(zhǎng)江、廣東省自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)(第一完成人)、美國(guó)波士頓學(xué)院Boehringer-Ingelheim Lectureship、中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)巴斯夫公司青年知識(shí)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)青年手性化學(xué)獎(jiǎng)、中美華人化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)教授聯(lián)合會(huì)杰出教授獎(jiǎng)、亞洲核心計(jì)劃講席獎(jiǎng)、日本化學(xué)會(huì)杰出講席獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和資助;顧強(qiáng)帥副教授,入選2024年教育部青年長(zhǎng)江、廣東省一等獎(jiǎng)(第二完成人)。
此外本課題組培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生還有多名進(jìn)入清華大學(xué)、中山大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)、暨南大學(xué)、東方理工高等研究院、大灣區(qū)大學(xué)(籌)、南京工業(yè)大學(xué)、安徽師范大學(xué)等高校任教,繼續(xù)從事科研。
